We are able to offer our customers a large selection of services, over and above those of our "Maintenance package", all of which will be carried out by our specialist teams to the same exacting of standard you can expect throughout our company.

 

Payment of Bills

Payment of your bills - water, electricity, local taxes and fees, telephone, cable or satellite TV, if any available on your behalf and on your account - EUR 50 per year.

Please, pay attention, that for carrying out of this service it is necessary to pay a deposit in advance, from which shall be paid your bills, any eventual insurance by your choice and our fee for the relevant service within the term of the contract. The remaining balance shall be reimbursed to you after the expiry of the contract's term by submission of a receipt for the sum spent.

Please, pay attention, that for carrying out this service we shall need a key for your apartment because the water meters are in the shaft of your bathroom or in the kitchen cupboard.

Airport pick up services

Transfer from or to Burgas Airport or other destinations.
Prices for transfer to Burgas Airport for summer-autumn 2018:
From Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • up to 3 passengers - 70 Leva / 37 Euro each way.
  • from 4 to 6 passengers - 100 Leva / 52 Euro each way.
  • from 7 to 10 passengers - 160 Leva / 83 Euro each way.
From 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. or on Sunday respectively:
  • up to 3 passengers - 80 Leva / 42 Euro each way.
  • from 4 to 6 passengers - 120 Leva / 62 Euro each way.
  • from 7 to 10 passengers - 170 Leva / 88 Euro each way.
    • Please, pay atention that we shall need a notice of the transfet within 14-day term prior the day on which you want to be done.

    Cleaning Services

    Cleaning Services - general cleaning of all rooms and windows, general cleaning of bathroom and WC, general cleaning of the kitchen recess and all kitchen electrical appliances, cleaning of all furniture and household appliances, washing of towels and linen.

    Please, pay attention, that for carrying out this service we shall need a key for your apartment and a notice of the cleaning within 14-day term prior the day on which you would like to be done

    Prices for summer-autumn 2018:
    Studio - 30 Euro
    One-bedroom apartment - 40 Euro
    Two-bedroom apartment - 50 Euro


    Keyholding

    Presence upon repair or deliveries arranged by you or handing over the key to your guests -up to three times per year up to two hours lasting presence for each visit included in this service, afterwards every next hour shall be charged - 5 Euro per hour.

    Please, pay attention, that for carrying out of this service we shall need a key for your apartment and a notice of the visit within 7-day term prior the day on which it shall take place.
